Blueberry Power Greens Smoothie
- 1/2 block soft silken tofu
- 1 C frozen blueberries
- 1 C orange juice (I actually use two tablespoons of OJ concentrate and 1 C water)
- 1 banana
- 2-4 scoops protein powder (this is the one I use)
Blend, blend, blend.
- as many greens as I can cram into the top of the blender jar, two large handfuls or so
